Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Regular web orders are processed within 1 day and generally take 1-2 weeks to ship based on customization.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. A $10 handling charge will be applied to orders under $150. Orders typically ship out via FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days.
For any orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, a $50 handling charge will be applied.
We offer a 10% military discount.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to these types of addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order status shows “shipped,” you will receive an email with tracking information.
Blackfin Rods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer international shipping for standard web orders. If you would like to order in bulk, or if you are a Dealer or Guide service, please CLICK HERE.
You may return any unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive the item back in store.
