By purchasing a personalized Blackfin Rods item, you acknowledge and agree:

1. Personalized items are not eligible for return. 

2. Position and size of imprint will vary.

Due to the limited space available, the position and size of your imprint will be chosen by one of our expert craftsmen. Preview images on website are for text demonstration purposes only.

3. Personalization is permanent.

Your imprint is permanent and will be encased into the coating of the0 product. Imprints cannot be removed without destroying the product. 

4. You have checked your entry carefully.

We are not responsible for your errors. Spelling, capitalization, etc. will be not be altered. Enter your text EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on the final product. 

5. Personalization adds 3-4 business days to production time.

The personalization of our products requires an additional 3-4 days of production time. The imprint is applied during the process of making the product. It is not a label, it is a permanent part of the product.
