Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact us at info@blackfinrods.com to receive return instructions. Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after receipt. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
