Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders for in stock items are processed within 1 day and ship within 2-3 business days. Customized or specialty item orders are processed within 1 day and generally take 1-3 weeks to ship (depending on level of customization).
Orders typically ship out via FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order is shipped. Delivery time varies based on location.
Orders may be picked up at our facility in Florida for no charge. Please contact us if you would like to pick up your order.
Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska
For any orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, a $50 handling charge will be applied.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to these types of addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order status shows “shipped,” you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information.
Blackfin Rods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer international shipping for standard orders. If you would like to place a customized/specialty order, order in bulk, or if you are a Dealer or Guide service, please contact us.
You may return any unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and verification of items/package.
After 30 days, please refer to our warranty for more information.
